Meet the Team
Say hello to the Sweat Squad!
Sarah De Lucca
Owner. Head Coach. Kinesiologist.
Growing up, I always loved being on a team, and while I was no Christine Sinclair on the soccer field, I found my true calling in leading my team’s conditioning sessions.
As a young adult, I struggled with an eating disorder. In recovery, I discovered the healing power of movement, and for the first time in my life I felt strong in my body and mind. This feeling inspired me to combine my passions of movement and science into a career as a kinesiologist, where I help others harness the power of movement to transform their lives.
When I am not at the gym training others, I can be found on the Seawall training for my next triathlon, walking in the forest, or snowboarding at Whistler.
Today, I’m honoured to guide clients toward their fitness goals, sharing my passion for movement and fostering empowerment every step of the way.
Tat Pirogovskaia
Personal Trainer & Small Group Coach
My started my training journey at Enhanced Performance in 2016, first as a trainee, then a mentee and a coach. This was a pivotal change in my life to realize that strength training could be actually fun!
My approach to movement and fitness for private clients starts with a conversation and an assessment. During that time, we will get to know each other and plan on ways I can assist you on your journey, whatever that journey may be. I’ve helped clients prepare for multi-day hikes, programmed exercises to compliment a new hobby (be it golf or pickleball), helped clients bridge the transition between private and group training and worked with painful or limited movement through curious exploration of available motions.
I came to Vancouver as a teenager from the city of Krasnoyarsk in Siberia, Russia. I got a degree in Cell Biology and Genetics and a minor in German Studies. I worked in academia researching Food Sciences While working as a chemist, analyzing food and drugs, I challenged myself through regular and consistent strength training and sticking long enough to learn how life changing that could be. I’m inspired to help people like me to find the benefits of consistent strength training.
Camila Bicudo
Personal Trainer & Small Group Coach
I started my career as a Personal Trainer right after my 40th birthday, when I decided to completely change my life after years of weight gain, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and constantly feeling tired.
I hired a trainer who helped me fall in love with moving my body. Learning to do it the right—and fun—way made me love movement and the impact it has on both our body and mind.
That’s when I decided to become a trainer myself, to help other women find their own way to make the same change in their lives. Seeing women in their middle age or even older getting stronger and becoming the best version of themselves has become my passion.
I’m a big fan of functional training and also a spinning instructor, with a special love for kettlebell workouts.
For the past two years, I’ve been focusing my training on triathlon, and I’m currently preparing for my first Half Ironman in July.
I also have the cutest mutt, who I adopted in Brazil (my hometown!) and brought with me to Canada. She’s basically my furry sidekick in life and training.
Annika Kidd
Personal Trainer & Small Group Coach
Hi, I’m Annika — a certified personal trainer with a degree in Recreation and Health Education and over four years of experience in the fitness industry.
Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or an experienced athlete looking to level up, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I have experience teaching a wide range of movements from traditional strength training to HIIT to barre. My approach is rooted in functional movement, injury prevention, long-term sustainability and making fitness fun and accessible. No matter your starting point, we’ll work together to make you feel encouraged, challenged and celebrated for showing up.
Outside the studio, you can usually find me hiking on the North Shore, walking along the Seawall, or trying out new fitness classes around Vancouver. Fun fact about me, I just adopted a 3 month old lab puppy named Tassie, who may make the occasional studio appearance once he’s potty trained!
