Lifting Club is an 8-week progressive strength program designed to help you build strength, improve technique, and track your progress in an inclusive, supportive environment.
If you're comfortable with foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, this class will help you refine your skills, push past plateaus, and lift with confidence—all while surrounded by a welcoming community that celebrates your progress.
Each session is coached and structured, with personalized feedback and progressive overload built in, so you can lift smarter, get stronger, and feel unstoppable.
