Lifting Club is the name of our signature small group personal training class! Every day we focus on a different major lift - you will progress weekly and see your strength soar in no time!

If you're comfortable with foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, these classes will help you refine your skills, push past plateaus, and lift with confidence—all while surrounded by a welcoming community that celebrates your progress.

Each session is coached and structured, with personalized feedback and progressive overload built in, so you can lift smarter, get stronger, and feel unstoppable.
